Though the entire place has been recently renovated, it is an older building in a historic part of town, so there is potential for noise from upstairs voices and footsteps.There is a Ring doorbell cam at the front door, facing the street.HOUSE RULESOCCUPANCY: This listing holds a maximum of 4 guests. Only the guests listed on the reservation are allowed in the apartment and backyard, i.e. if a reservation is for 3 guests, it is expected that only up to 3 people will have access to the apartment and backyard.SMOKING: Indoor smoking is not allowed.EVENTS: Events of any sort are not allowed.
