Back of the home has a larger bedroom with a queen-size bed. Each of the two large couches in the living room could be used as a bed, as well. Access to all bedroom closets available to guests. There are two full bathrooms, each in front and back of the house. Laundry corner with washer and dryer next to the front bathroom. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine to brighten your day! The driveway and carport can fit 3 cars easily and the front of the property can fit another 2 cars.Guests may access the full property inside and outside, apart from a small owner’s closet in the living room, kept locked.We live and work in Charleston— we will not be at the premises during guest stays, but we can be reached easily and can come to the home when needed.A quiet and diverse neighborhood in an established part of North Charleston centrally located with nearby interstate access, shopping outlets, and airport.The property has a driveway and covered carport, which could fit 3 cars. The Palmetto House is blessed with wonderful and helpful neighbors next door and across the street, many of whom have been living here for over 25 years.In your booking confirmation message we will send you a link to your guest portal and to the owners’ guest agreement, which is to be signed in order to receive the access details for the property.
