Two of them, the Palms at Park villas, are identical with 5 Bedrooms and 6 Bathrooms in each. The third, 5 Palms Estate, has 6 Bedrooms and 7 Bathrooms. All bedrooms in all homes have private bathrooms and doors to the outside. Each home has a pool, spa and fire pit. The houses themselves are all side-by-side but completely and individually walled, gated and private. Nothing is shared between them. You can rent just this one or have your friends and family take another!Now, About Those Palm Springs Rules…This is one of the most luxurious homes in the prime architectural core of Palm Springs and is perfect for relaxing enjoyment. This is not a “party house” and noise, occupancy and other important rules apply to all vacation rentals in Palm Springs.Please do read the fine print! We want you to have a wonderful stay so we are completely transparent about the rules and local laws that apply to *all* rentals in Palm Springs. These are strictly enforced.
