There’s also plenty of parking for all your trucks, trailers and tubes!Step inside the heavy wooden door into the dramatic, open concept living room, kitchen and dining room with dramatic 20′ vaulted ceilings and Saltillo tile floors. There’s plenty of casual, comfy leather seating, custom dining table where you can eat or play board games. Enjoy the rustic Texas style decor, easy flow kitchen with custom cabinets, tile counters and stainless appliances.The kitchens well stocked with everything needed to prepare large family meals.The focal point of the home is definitely the white rock kitchen bar that comfortably seats 8 adults overlooking the Texas size kitchen. There’s a separate cooktop kitchen island and an additional separate bar/entertainment wall of cabinets. You’ll love the spacious pantry for all your food and a discreet washer/dryer hidden behind a door.Yet with all the beautiful amenities, the home’s greatest asset is 4 well appointed, ensuite bedrooms strategically placed in each corner of the home. Sheets and towels are not provided, but can be for an additional fee if ordered 2 weeks prior to arrival.Fun stuff includes volleyball, corn hole, tether ball, horse shoes, fire pit, hammock and quaint wooden swing.
