Enter through the front door into an open, spacious floor plan that will make you want to keep coming back. Modern tile plank floors, with an updated glimmering kitchen featuring new cabinets, granite counters and stainless appliances. 4 spacious bedrooms, including a master suite with separate bathroom. The Living area will make your feel right at home with two large sofas and a 55″ Flat Screen TV. Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining room overlooking the water or cozy up on the stools at the kitchen island.Outside you can unwind and enjoy the heated swimming pool with attached spa that is fully automated with a new pool heater. Sit back on the lounge chairs or dine outdoors overlooking the tranquil Foote Canal. Don’t forget that there is a grill for easy living and the pool heat and electricity are included at no additional charge.Plan to fish (poles provided) in the wide canal from the waterfront dock or jump on a bike (also provided) and tour the neighborhood. It’s a quick walk to the Burton Memorial Park (.4 miles)which offers a tennis court, basketball court, playgrounds and fields and a short drive to your choice of restaurants, stores and more.
