The home is also within walking distance to the new Surfside pier which recently opened in spring of 2024, as well as 2 blocks away from the local library, a playground, tennis courts, and a dog park. There are over 100 Golf Courses located in the Grand Strand area. Myrtle Beach is just to the north of Surfside Beach and Garden City Beach is directly south and ends on a peninsula at the mouth of Murrells Inlet. Murrells inlet is best known for its Marshwalk, a half-mile long boardwalk overlooking a pristine salt marsh, and it has many well-known restaurants and shops. Brookgreen Gardens, Market Commons, Myrtle Beach Boardwalk and Promenade, and the Myrtle Beach International Airport are all just a short drive away as well.No smoking. Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. A signed Rental Agreement is required prior to stay. If the rental agreement is not received, the reservation will be cancelled.
