This home is your perfect vacation spot! Three bedroom, one King bed in master with upgraded mattress. Two queen beds and two pullout Queen sleeper sofas. So easy to get to everything. Or you can relax in your resort style pool, practice your putting, enjoy a movie or a game. Large covered patio is great when you have had too much sun. Heated pool with gas/electric hybrid which is the best of both worlds for pool heaters. The pool is deep and long. There is a chipping green and putting green plus a ping pong table and foosball. The floor plan of this home is open so the people in the kitchen can be a part of the conversation. There are two televisions in the main room, plus a television in the master. You can literally walk to In and Out Burger, Oreganos, Sushi, Sprouts, Costco, Picassos (to mention a few) .There is a 2 car garage with epoxy finished floors and has direct entrance the house.. The homes sits on a corner lot and the homes are fairly far apart, giving you more privacy in the back yard. The covered patio extends the length of the house for extra shade. Tumbled travertine patio deck. Granite counters, large open living areas. The crib is a travel crib. You have full access to the whole house and private yard. Nice neighborhood! This home is on a larger corner lot. Easy walk to a park besides all the restaurants. You can walk to many restaurants and shopping from this home. In and Out Burger, Costco, Oreganos, there are so many. And there is a bus terminal close by as well. I would call it an easy walk. Great Location! The pool is huge! It used to have a diving board so it is deep on one end. The Putting Green has really been enjoyed by many of our guests. Plenty of hiking trails and golf courses nearby. NO EVENTS of any kind. No Smoking. Pets upon approval. This property cannot be used for purposes identified in the City of Phoenix Ordinance Section 10-195(c).
