Come stay in your very own ‘home away from home!’ This two-story, fully furnished villa sits eight steps from the pool and 150 yards from the beach. It’s a bright, open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and skylights.The deck and screened-in porch have a great view of the pool. The recreation area includes the pool (heated March, April, October, and November), kiddie pool, and hot tub.The villa has a large Master bedroom with a king-size bed and a newly-renovated executive bathroom, with shower and soaker tub. One of the upstairs rooms has a 2 queen beds and a full bath. The other has a king-size bed and a full bath. There is also a pack-n-play and stroller, as well as an additional half bath on the main level.In addition to having the pool and beach so close, Palmetto Dunes offers much more.The resort has Pickleball, tennis, three 18-hole PGA golf courses by designers Fazio, RT Jones, and Arthur Hills. Within the resort are several miles of paved leisure trail for walkers, joggers, and cyclists. There is also an 11-mile inter-connected lagoon system that can be used for fishing, boating, kayaking or to view wildlife native to the island.Just outside Palmetto Dunes is the Shelter Cove Marina and shopping mall, a great place to shop, dine, or enjoy a drink and take in some live entertainment. Palmetto Dunes has a great transportation system, the Palmetto Dunes Buggy. This free service will pick up and drop off anyone staying in the resort anywhere in Palmetto Dunes or Shelter Cove.
