The property is right across the street from the entrance to the same beach the JW Marriott guests enjoy. The condo has everything you need for your stay on Marco Island – Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, towels, beach toys and cooler. The complex also features a heated swimming pool and tennis court that is lined for Pickle Ball. If you feel like cooking the kitchen is fully stocked and there is a gas grill by the pool for guests to use and grill tools in the condo. There are numerous breakfast, lunch and dinners restaurants within walking distance.Come to San Marco Residences FREE Parking and FREE Wifi.Washer and dryer on each floor that is credit card or App operated.The condo has everything you need!NOTE: Each unit has 1 numbered parking spot.
