Welcome to Somerset 402. Located on Marco Islands 5 mile beach, enjoy due western exposure giving you spectacular sunsets! The unit has been completely re-modeled with the coastal theme in focus. Large walk in shower and dual sinks in the shower, walk in shower in guest. The furniture goes great with the unit and with the Marco feel. The complex itself has two heated pools, 2 outdoor grilling areas, tennis courts, lobby sitting area, gym, and most importantly 2 boardwalks to the beach. Unit has storage locker with all the beach gear you will need. We live on Marco and will be meeting you at the lobby to meet you and give you the keys. Also if any issues arise. We truly look forward to hosting you and your family in this great unit!Please be aware that after we accept your booking request, you will be receiving an email from The Somerset association for you to fill out their HOA form. This form has a non refundable fee of $100.During May 1 – October 31 Renters see below in regards to Turtle Season”Lessee [or substitute “Tenant” or “Renter” for “Lessee” everywhere that word appears in this paragraph, based on the term used in your Lease] acknowledges and understands that the period from May 1 through October 31 each year is Sea Turtle Nesting Season. Lessee agrees to Turn Off balcony lights before 9:00 p.m. and to close the drapes or window treatments of all windows facing the Gulf to minimize the projection of interior lights as any such lights may disorient an adult or newly hatched Sea Turtle. Lessee understands that the Turtles are endangered and protected by Federal Law. Substantial fines can be levied against the occupant/owner by law enforcement for violations of ordinances protecting Turtles. Lessee agrees to reimburse Owner for payment of the Fines imposed for violations during Lessee’s occupancy and for the reasonable legal defense costs incurred.”
