Or golden-hour BBQs on the screened lanai, a dozen palm trees swaying on a tropical breeze…Whatever your definition of the good life, it’s all here!FAMILY-FRIENDLY INDULGENCEAs parents ourselves, we know it’s hard to truly relax until you’re sure the kids are safe and entertained. So we installed an alarm on the door leading to the pool that alerts you to their comings and goings, plus a pool safety fence with self-closing gate that separates the lanai from the pool. We also provide wearable wristbands that send an alarm when submerged for an extra layer of safety.Entertainment options range from high-tech goodies like a Nintendo Switch and free Wi-Fi, to tech-free fun like board games, three bicycles, and fishing poles.For the littlest guests, we provide a Pack ‘n Play and booster/highchair seat. A utility room with washer & dryer keeps beach towels and bathing suits fresh.FUN ON THE LANAIThe pool lanai will quickly become a center-point of your vacation. Breezy, comfy, and bug-free, this entirely screened space has a table for 8, a gas grill and pool toys.The home’s layout puts the lanai front-and-center, too, with access from the master suite, living room and kitchen. Open the interior doors and let the breezes flow through. (There’s also A/C, of course, if the breezes don’t quite cut it!)A full, open kitchen is another favorite gathering spot: it has plenty of counter space for crafting meals, plus a microwave, glass-cook top stove, dishwasher, and a Keurig + regular coffee maker to get you caffeinated for a day packed with Gulf Coast adventures.BED & BATHIn addition to the King size master suite with its own bath, there’s also a queen-size second bedroom and a third bedroom with two twin beds. The second and third bedrooms share a Jack-and-Jill style bath with a tub/shower combo.ADDITIONAL ACTIVITIESEnjoy some time on the canal and gulf waters when you rent, for additional fees, our on site kayaks or boat dock and lift for your rental boat. There are many local boat rental suppliers to choose from which will deliver your boat to our dock for your use. Additional fees required. We know how important it is that all surfaces be disinfected along with cleaning. As a matter of fact, this has been the protocol all along. You will also find that we have added a HEPA air filtration unit to help with germs and any allergies that you may have. We are thankful that we have a family run cleaning service that we can trust, and you can too. And for your added protection we have disinfectant cleaners available for your use during your stay. You can feel safe here while you relax in the warmth around the pool.
