One of Lake Oconee’s most impressive views! Enjoy this 4 bedroom/3 bath home with an open floor plan situated on over an acre. Very private setting with the clearest water on the lake! Every hour here is a different vista of paradise as the sun rises and sets. Spend the afternoon swimming off of the dock or playing games in the backyard. Peace and privacy are yours with a stunning shoreline.From the moment you pull in the driveway, you feel like you are in your own private oasis. From the trees to the giant boulders, you will instantly relax at Paradise Point.Paradise Point has 3 bedrooms on the main level and 1 bedroom upstairs. The master is on the main which has a king bed. The master bathroom is somewhat of a dream in itself. It has 2 toilets, 2 vanities and 2 walk-in showers! Can it get any better? The other two bedrooms on the main level share a hall bath that has a shower/tub combo. One bedroom has a king bed and one has a queen. The queen bedroom also has a desk for anyone that might be forced to work while on vacation! Upstairs you have a large bonus room with a queen bed, 2 twin beds and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower.The living room has a large wrap around couch with a 65 inch smart tv where you can login to your favorite apps. The tv is also AT&T Uverse cable. Paradise Point just got AT&T Fiber so you will have the fastest internet around! The kitchen has a large island with 6 barstools that overlooks the living room and has new stainless steel appliances. The kitchen is also stocked with everything you could possibly need regarding dishes, glasses, silverware and cookware. The dining area has a large table with 8 parsons chairs. It is perfect for a family meal or for playing board games. We do have some board games at the house as well!The screened in porch is so inviting that you will never want to leave! There is plenty of seating outside and there are fans for those hot days. There is a propane grill on the deck ready for those afternoon/evening BBQs. The backyard is your own private oasis. The star gazing at night is incredible. Paradise Point just got a new dock and is ready for you to bring your own boat!
