The master bath has a separate tub and shower and a walk in closet. There are granite counter tops throughout the home. Western exposure from the under truss lanai where you and your guests will enjoy beautiful sunsets. We are located in a very quiet neighborhood at the end of a cul-de-sac in one of the most desirable areas of SW Cape Coral. For the boaters, there is a dock where you can tie up your boat. From the dock, to the river in 12 to 15 minutes at idle speed. The entire way out you will be passing through some of the most exclusive neighborhoods in Cape Coral past huge waterfront houses and impressive boats, beautiful manicured lawns and impressive gardens. Where the river opens up, Jew Fish creek is there to enjoy silent paddling through a Mangrove forest if your choice of craft is a canoe, kayak or paddle board. Manatees, dolphin, snook, tarpon, mangrove snappers and countless other species are not unusual passing right by your dock! Once up to speed, Sanibel Island beckons just 10 minutes away. Get there early and you’ll find the shells that have become exposed from the previous truly amazing finds. Bring some beach chairs and a cooler and you’re set for a relaxing day at the beach! For nature lovers, Ding Darling National Wildlife Preserve is there for the exploring. On the “near side” of Sanibel, Ding Darling is an amazing display of waterfowl and biodiversity.
