On the lower level of this incredible home is a unique Captain’s Quarters bedroom with both a King bed and twin trundle bed adjacent to the media room with comfortable sectional and 60 inch flatscreen TV. This level also encompasses another King bedroom both having access to patio and fire pit area.The private dock with party deck provides for access to docking your boat, or you can rent a boat just across the cove. Bridgewater Plaza is within easy distance by road and water and Halesford Bridge makes for an active view. Mango’s live music can be heard on your own deck.
