Garbage trucks pick up trash on Thursday morning and Monday Morning.House ConditionThe house is clean when you arrive. You must leave the house in reasonably clean condition. Leave no more than 2 loads of laundry. You pay $25 for each extra load.Leave the kitchen stove and counters free of cooked food in pots and plates. Outdoor TV cover must be kept on the outdoor TV when not in use and re-installed prior to departure.
