Description
This self-catering villa has two bedrooms and two bathrooms. This villa enjoys a large private garden with stunning views of the golf course. Located in a very private section of the resort, it is still just a three-minute walk to the communal pools. San Andres Resort has three pools, one that is heated and a children’s pool. The terrace has chairs and umbrellas for your use.- Layout -Bedroom one has a king size bed, bedside tables, fitted wardrobes, window with shutters, a ceiling fan and a large full bathroom en-suite with walk-in shower, sink basin and WC.Bedroom two features two single beds, built-in wardrobe, bedside table, ceiling fan, and large doors with access to the terrace and garden. Bathroom two is a full bathroom with a walk-in shower.The living has a comfortable sofa and a sitting chair. Also, in the living room a television with satellite channels, coffee table and wide French doors that give access to the terrace and garden. The dining area has a nice rattan dining set with four chairs. This unit is very bright due to the high ceiling that provides natural light all day. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need when on holiday and includes a refrigerator and freezer, water heater, microwave, hob & oven and a washing machine. The terrace enjoys great views and has a beautiful garden. This is a very nice unit to observe both sunrise and sunsets. This terrace also has a nice barbecue area complete with four sun loungers and a dining table with six chairs.There is a Children’s park onsite, tennis court, massage centre, and a hairdressing salon. The Golf Clubhouse is just a 5 min walk away from the resort where you can hire golf clubs, buggy hire and lots more.A 15 minute walk away is San Blas Commercial Centre that has supermarkets, restaurants. bars with live entertainment, hairdressers, gift shops and much more!Also a 15 minute walk away is the seafront of San Blas which has a beautiful new wooden walkway to the local village of Los Abrigos that has many fish restaurants.Parking is available on the resort at €5.50 per day.
