You will only meet our Property Manager for the Meet & Greet.DOES YOUR PROPERTY HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS?Yes for the safety of guest and while house is not occupied we have Security Cameras. We have Ring Doorbell, Ring flood Camera on exterior garage door, Ring flood Camera on side of house facing gates, Ring Sec. Camera located inside garage on top by motor facing garage door for security reason when house isn’t occupied, Ring flood Sec. Cam on front/side of house side gate.DO WE NEED TO MEET MANAGMENT AT THE HOUSE?Local regulations require that the property manager meet you within the first 24 hours of your arrival to review the applicable local ordinances and rules pertaining to your stay.DO YOU HAVE A POOL AND SPA?Our home features private salt water pools and spas! If you would like the pool to be heated, you may request a temperature of up to 88 degrees for a fee of $100 per night. *** Pool heat must be requested and paid for 48 hours prior to arrival time.*** The pool will not be heated during the summer months. There is no fee to heat the spa, recommend temperature is between 100-102.WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished including all linen, bath and pool towels. Kitchens are fully stocked with dishes, silverware, cooking utensils, some spices, appliances and much more. Please ask us if you are wondering about the availability of a specific appliance or amenity. We also provide a starting supply of bath soaps, trash liners, toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher soap. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap. We do not provide, cooking sprays/oils, cling wraps, zip loc bags, pool floaties, etc.CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?We do not recommend shipping directly to the home as we do not have mailbox keys for the homes and cannot be responsible for packages once delivered. Please contact us if shipping needs are required and we will do our best to accommodate you!WILL WIFI AND CABLE TV BE AVAILABLE?All of our vacation rentals are equipped with smart tv’s and high-speed WiFi.SHOULD I BE WORRIED ABOUT PESTS?We are in the desert, we do get our house sprayed monthly, but there is a possibility to run into our local pests and critters.
