Private balcony.Full – Sleeper Sofa in the living room.This condo is 1,200 square feet in size.Guest Access:Guests will have access to a residents-only vestibule with an elevator and electronic lock for extra security. Common areas CCTV-monitored for added security.The Neighborhood:Please note: Noise Considerations: This is an urban property located on a high traffic road, which is great for easy access to local attractions, but some street/city noise should be expected. Earplugs and sound machines are providedGetting Around:You will have ONE free parking spot in a nearby parking garage.Other parking options include metered STREET PARKING and PARKING GARAGES.HARDY GARAGE – Location: 303 East State Street- with another entrance on Front Street. (this is the closest garage to your unit.)OLD TOWN GARAGE- Location-125 East Eighth Street (between Cass and Union Streets, which is one block to the west, and 5 blocks south.)Please be sure to follow any posted signage to avoid being towed or fined.EV charger: In the parking garages you can use the EV chargers located throughout.Other Things to Note:Please Note: All guests staying at this property must be 25 or older unless accompanied by a parent or guardian. This will be verified after booking confirmation.A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $69 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $600. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean.
