NEW LANAI/BALCONY PROJECT COMPLETED!Beautiful Condo in a Tropical Resort! This condo is part of the beautiful Park Shore resort. The unit was recently renovated. Great views and best location. Beautiful modern tiles throughout. New kitchen. New Bath. New outside lanai with new modern sliding doors! Very quiet and calm.This resort features lush tropical vegetation, streams and waterfalls, a large heated pool and BBQ area. The resort also has tennis, pickle ball and handball courts and a fitness center. Fantastic location with the beach and plenty of great restaurants nearby!This condominium is a deluxe 2-bedroom unit with breathtaking views. Access to the unit is by one flight of stairs. Each room has its own full bathroom and walk in closet. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with new cabinets, stove, microwave, dishwasher and new granite counter tops. There is a washer and dryer in the unit!Right in the middle of Naples, walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops, within minutes of the Village shops on Venetian Bay, Mercato, Waterside Shops, and the beautiful Naples beaches!There is a heated pool and a fitness center and an on site restaurant Hogfish Harry’s.I am available during your stay for any questions or recommendations.
