We are two blocks form Restaurants, grocery stores pharmacy, and almost anything else you may wish. We are one mile from the famed Gulf beaches, Venetian Village, Pelican Bay area. A very short drive to Tin City, the famed 5th Ave South and the most cherished 3rd Street South.About the apartment: Have I mentioned the incredible apartment views from the wall to wall, floor to ceiling windows? The photos you see were taken by an amateur (me) with only an iPhone-2 in hand and do not justly convey the picturesque grounds, which are frequented by amateur as well as renown artists who come here to paint the landscape.The 2 bedrooms, 2 bath, Living room and spacious lanai. The apartment has lively contemporary furniture. It has two large Flat panel TV’s; A 55″ TV in the master bedroom and a 65″ TV in the living room. We have a telephone, Wi-Fi, complete kitchen with utensils. There is also a washer/dryer in the apartment..This unit is one flight up (Has no elevator).Arrival check-in is open until 11:00 pm.The resort’s amenities: Heated pool, Tennis, Pickleball, Basketball hoops, Racquetball, Cornhole (bean bag toss), Gym, Shuffleboard and parking are all included.Kids will enjoy the Fish, Turtles, Muscovy Ducks and Walking path around central lake.Booking minimum is for 3 night, maximum is 21 nights.
