The dining area has a round table perfect for 4.The queen bedroom is comfortable, bright, and spacious, and offers a window AC unit to keep you cool during the summer months. A full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo perfect for a relaxing bath or shower at the end of the day. Parkside is comfortable and appealing… you’ll feel right at home.Please Note:Park Side is on the main level. There are no steps to get inside. The doorways are a bit more narrow than average and there is a standard bathtub.There is no central AC. There is a window AC unit in the bedroom during summer months and a fan for the living room. If you keep the blinds shut and the door to the bedroom open, the whole apartment will be cool.The building heat is kept at 68 degrees in the winter months.
