Completely renovated 3 bedroom home, everything is brand new! This home offers a retreat for the outdoor enthusiasts to enjoy all four seasons of Northern Michigan. Whether you enjoy hiking, snowmobiling, shopping, or biking, there will be something for you to do in this quaint little neighborhood. The house is located right by the heritage trail, snowmobile trails and RAMBA bike trailhead. Just a short drive to Teal Lake and 20 minute drive to Marquette.We have 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large living room and a kitchen with a coffee maker, toaster and pots/pans. Our bedrooms each include a queen bed. The master bedroom has a shared space with a twin bed. We have a front porch with rocking chairs to relax and a back patio with a table, umbrella, chairs and a grill. We have a beautiful yard to enjoy as well. We want our guests to feel at home! We have provided towels, comfortable bedding and linens, fans, and extra blankets. We have parking spaces in the front of the house, and back for a total of 4 vehicles to park.
