A one-bedroom apartment with a full bath completes the Parker’s Collection Estate. Every bedroom has linens and extra blankets for your comfort.Two people are welcome to share each bedroom. Additionally, the living rooms all have sleeper sofas that can accommodate two more people. Divide out your group into seven groups of six and the four remaining guests can reside in the one-bedroom unit.Enjoy the walk-in showers and double vanities in each apartment too. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island.Guests with PetsIf you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130.
