About this spaceParker’s Flat is just one of our properties located on 9-acres with lush pine trees and walking trails. My husband Harry and I live on propertyand are usually busy cutting grass, tending the garden, replacing fence and cleaning. If you need anything at anytime…we are here.Our guest arrive from all over the country. The most comments we have is how safe our guest feel here as well as the 9 Acres with walking paths and Big majestic Lob Lolly Pines that sway in the wind. We have a fire pit and chairs that is really enjoyed during the fall and winter. There are play houses, sand boxes and zip lines and kitty pools for the children.We have 8 other great and wonderful flats on property and our usual guests are Equestrians, Nurses, Engineers, Students, Vacationers, and at one time a screenwriter. Also, we accommodate folks who are building their new home or waiting on the closing of their new home. We have walking trails for doggies and humans and there are lots of Pine and Oak trees on the property. We are located just 6 minutes from downtown Aiken.walking paths and a total of 7 flats. Our guest always enjoy gathering around the fire pit roasting marsh mellows. We also offer picnic tables, kitty pools, sand boxes and lots more for the children. Most guest just love sitting under the windy wispering Lob Lobby Trees in the evening and enjoying time out for a moment. Many of our guest return each year…we hope you will enjoy our special Butterbean Property called Parkers Home Away.
