This little home is equipped with everything that is necessary to make you comfortable. The screened in porch is a delight no matter what the weather brings. The Pond is perfect for kayaking. Firepit, croquet, horse shoes, and corn hole are fun for young and old. Patten Place rents weekly Saturday to Saturday only.
