Summerhouse 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo on the 2nd floor in Litchfield Resort in Pawleys Island with 2 queen beds in the master and a sofa bed in the living room. Amazing view of the pool from the balcony. The resort has 6-miles of wide sandy beaches and an amazing swimming pool complex complete with a kids pool, lazy river, hot tub, playground and hammock. Bike rentals, gym, tennis courts & fishing decks are other amazing features! Come and have some fun in the sun!The check-in process is simple with a key code so we do not need to physically hand you a key, but we are available in person if you need anything. We live local and are glad to help. We can provide suggestions on what to do and where to eat. We love our guests!Litchfield by the Sea is walking distance to beaches, local eateries, shops and grocery stores. Huntington Beach State Park and Brookgreen Gardens (the world’s largest outdoor sculpture gardens) are located just 5 minutes North. Myrtle Beach(one of the country’s top tourist destinations) is a 20 minute drive North and Charleston is 70 miles South.There are walking/biking paths throughout the resort and also a bike path that can take you through Huntington Beach State Park into Murrells Inlet and through Pawleys Island. Other beaches, restaurants and shops are a quick 5 – 10 minute drive from the condo.There is a parking lot right outside the building so there will be no trouble parking your vehicles. You will need a car to get around town.Dog friendly with a pet fee of $150 pet fee, to be billed separately.
