Located in the Sunset Reserve community, you are just 10 minutes to downtown Lake Lure with all the restaurants, wineries, breweries, and shops! The cabin is also just an hour from Asheville!You will immediately feel at home as you enter the cabin, featuring vaulted ceilings and an abundance of natural light. The open floor plan includes the living room, dining room and flows into the fully equipped kitchen, with plenty of space to gather around the island. Check out the spacious deck off the dining space, you’ll find a gas grill and seating to enjoy the mountain air.Choose from 3 comfortable, well furnished guest rooms. Two are on the main level, one with a queen, the other with a double bed and access to the deck. Contact Yonder for more info.Home Truths:- Sleeps in beds: 6 – Max Occupancy: 8- Pull out full sized sofa in living room- Yonder provides linens for all beds; other occupancy will require guests providing their own linens- Internet Speed: Download – 300Mbps- Lake Lure will be undergoing a drawdown starting January 1st, 2024 through the first quarter of 2024(March 31st). The lake will begin to be lowered by approximately 1 foot per day until 12 feet has been reached. Infrastructure maintenance, dredging, and dam projects will be expedited during this time frame. These efforts by the Town of Lake Lure may affect access to the lake and restrict any lake usage. The lake will likely be back up to normal levels by mid to late April. While we understand this is an inconvenience, this does allow you to enjoy the full beauty of Lake Lure in the fall and holiday season.- 2 night minimum throughout the year and a 3 night minimum is required for all holidays- Cleaning fee: $200 Yonder openly shares & clearly posts our Cleaning Fees in a manner of full disclosure, as we think this is the most honest and forthright approach with respect to our guests. Parties, loud noise and unruly behavior are absolutely prohibited, and guests are expected to respect the neighbors and the peace this mountain retreat area affords.Pets: This home and property are very dog friendly, and guests are welcome to bring their “best friends” with them. There is a non-refundable Pet Fee of $125 with a limit of 2 dogs per booking party.Early Check In and/or Late Check Out may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.Please inquire for details regarding payment, the cancellation policy, military discounts, and trip insurance.Note: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance.
