It’s exactly what you are looking for in a peaceful Anna Maria Island retreat. Located 300 yards down a side street from the emerald water of the Gulf of Mexico and the soft sugar sand beach.This unit has been redone in a very cute and beachy style, you will instantly feel at ease in this property, whether you are hanging out by the pool or strolling to the beach. The living room has a 55″ flat screen TV and DVD player and both bedrooms have 32″ flat screen TV. Shopping, restaurants and the library are close and convenient. There is a heated pool and spa surrounded by lush, island landscaping and a wonderful nook perfect for reading or snoozing. After a day at the beach, BBQ in the evenings on the gas grill at poolside.You will find a shed that has two beach chairs, two lounge chairs, a beach umbrella and a soft side cooler. All will easily fit into the provided beach cart. You will also find more than ample space for the allowed two cars with one under the car port and the other on the driveway.Peace ‘n Paradise is a one week minimum rental.Not pet friendlyParking is limited to two cars.You are vacationing in a residential area. Please be a good neighbor by keeping the noise to a respectful level during the day and night.
