Peace…Quiet…BeachUnique penthouse corner unit in a small 6 unit private complex on Indian Rocks Beach. Our 1200 SF, 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit gives you plenty of room to spread out. The unit is fully furnished to meet your needs. The master bedroom has a queen bed and private bath with 2 sinks. The second bedroom is furnished with two twin beds. Both bedrooms have their own TV’s. The kitchen is fully equipped to enjoy a night in and has been completely renovated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Both bathrooms have new cabinets and granite tops too. Chill out and watch TV on the 50 in. flat panel, or pop your favorite movie into the DVD player. In the evening, relax on the balcony and enjoy the Gulf view and fabulous sunsets. Other furnishings include a full size washer and dryer and a closet with beach chairs and toys.
