Large sliding glass doors lead from the living room to the wraparound deck, offering breathtaking views from every angle.The open kitchen and dining area boasts plenty of counter space and comes fully equipped with a gas range, oven, and dishwasher, allowing you to enjoy your vacation with minimal chores. The dining table comfortably seats eight, making it the perfect gathering spot for your family. Sliding doors off the kitchen lead you to the deck, where you’ll find a BBQ to prepare your favorite summer meals. Enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the water from the same deck, brewing it fresh from the drip coffee maker.The lower-level TV room features a cozy couch and additional side chairs, perfect for settling in to watch your favorite movie on the smart TV. With access to all your favorite streaming apps such as Netflix, Hulu, and ESPN, you can stream to your heart’s content.There are a total of three bedrooms and a loft to accommodate guests during your stay, for easy planning here are the bedroom layouts:Bedroom 1: main floor master bedroom with king bedBedroom 2: main floor with queen bedBedroom 3: upper floor loft with two bunk bedsBedroom 4: lower level with queen bedThere are two full size bathrooms. You will find one on the first floor with a jetted tub and the second on the lower level with a stand up shower.Outdoors there is a deck with plenty of seating, a gas grill, and beautiful views.Other things to get excited about:-Charming spiral staircase to the loft.-Mini split heat/air conditioning in lower level-Parking for two in the driveway, no street parking allowed per the town.-Washer/dryer for guests to use.-Hotel quality linens and towels, as well as shampoo, conditioner and body wash all provided for our guests.The Neighborhood:You’ll love this rural location with the beach across the street! A couple favorite food and drink favorites are Knox Trail Inn and Katies Country Store and Takeout.Other Things to Note:We look forward to welcoming you soon!Standard rules like no smoking, no partying, no pets, and being respectful of the neighbors apply. Finally, up to three cars allowed at the house, parking on the street is prohibited.IMPORTANT:This property can accommodate a maximum of 6 people. Under no circumstances can more than 6 people be at the house. The community private beach is a tightly controlled amenity by and for our community association. Tenants and Renters are limited to a maximum of 4 guests per household at the Beach, and the penalty for breaking the rules is termination of the rental agreement.No sweat on accidental & reported damage! Your rental includes an accidental reported damage waiver fee up to a maximum of $800. The cost to repair any accidental and reported damage to the rented property including any missing or broken items up to a maximum of $800 will be covered at no charge to you as long the damage is reported to your Host before you depart.*Damage caused by pets is not covered by the accidental damage waiver.
