Relax in our treetop Amelia Island getaway!! The condo has been remodeled and is fully stocked to help you unwind from the busy world and enjoy some R&R time.**The condo is on the THIRD FLOOR – 33 steps up – NO ELEVATOR BUT WELL WORTH THE STAY** NO PROPERTY MGMT (HOST) FEES added to your total costs.The kitchen is fully equipped with a drip coffee maker plus filters, a K-cup coffee maker with a starter supply of coffee pods, microwave, toaster and dishwasher and even a stock of spices and basic needs for an easy cooking time in the kitchen. There is also a washer/dryer and clothes detergent in a kitchen closet. The master bedroom is a queen bed and has streaming ROKU TV & HBO along with its own private bathroom and a sliding glass door to the screened in porch. The second bedroom has twin beds with its own private bathroom as well. Dining for four is comfortable in the open floor plan living space or you can dine out on the screened in porch. The living room is comfortable for four guests and has a large 55 inch Smart TV with HBO Max, HULU and Roku and other streaming options. There is NO LIVE TV service but can be added for your stay for an additional fee. The condo includes some basic essentials – cleaning supplies, TP, dish detergent, cleaning detergent, as well as linens, bath towels and beach towels are all included.The property has swimming pool surrounded by pool chairs to relax in – but NO LIFE GUARD There is a tennis / pickleball court onsite and an easy walking path 2 blocks (8 minute walk) to the lovely Amelia Island beaches.
