No exceptions. Please inquire for other pet friendly options, as we do have them.·The jacuzzi tub in the unit does not work. There is a hot tub on the grounds for your enjoyment.·This condo is not “perfect” – You can expect to find a clean, cozy space for you and your guests.-There is NO A/C.-If you book on VRBO/HomeAway or direct, we can not refund booking or processing fees. There is a $50 reschedule or cxl fee.-Parking: Permit is limited, overflow parking is available.-Trailers: There is space for your trailer at the overflow lot – you will need a trailer parking, please inquire.
