This 3 bedroom one bath home comes with a private dock and private boat ramp on a quiet cove on the Saluda side of the Lake. Little river landing nearby for bait and snacks/food as well as TB’s Shack for wings and more and Fiddler Blues bar on the lake at Blacks Bridge. 2 Kayaks.
