There are numerous restaurants in Lago Vista, along with a restaurant on site open Thursday evening-Sunday Brunch.Highly rated Tuft and Needle King size bed in master suite, which includes a en-suite master bath, with linens provided. There is also a half bath, and in living area with a pull out queen sleeper sofa with extra comfort padding and fireplace. Washer and dryer are available in unit.Games, books are available in condo, along with tennis rackets/balls, pickle ball rackets and pool towels. Enjoy all the onsite amenities, pools, hot tubs, sauna, spa, restaurant, tennis courts, and marina. There are many nearby attractions to explore; Marble Falls, wine tasting at Flat Creek Winery, 18 hole golf course at the Lago Vista Golf course, or a day trip to Fredericksburg, and Austin is less than 45mins away with all of it’s major attractions!This resort has a mix of full time residents and short term vacation owners, we ask our guests to please be respectful, and avoid loud music, noises after 10pm in the pool area and/or on balcony of the condo.Check in information is provided prior to arrival, which includes front gate code, parking space assignment, directions to condo and door code for added convenience. Covered parking is available for one car, additional guests spaces are available to day guests only.Please note, Lake Travis is not a constant level lake and fluctuates with seasons and rain fall.VILLA RENTAL RULES:The following are rules each renter must abide by. Fines will be assessed for infractions of the rules.This is not a resort – it is a residential community. There will be a fine if a pet is brought on property in the condo. State required sauna, spa and pool rules are posted in the appropriate areas and must be followed. Pools close at 10PMCourtesy & Annoyance: Each Resident shall endeavor to use his Unit and the Common Elements in a manner calculated to respect the rights and privileges of other Residents. A Resident shall avoid doing or permitting anything to be done that will annoy, harass, embarrass, or inconvenience other Owners or Residents or their guests, or the Association’s employees and agents.Noise and Odors: Each Resident shall exercise reasonable care to avoid making or permitting to be made loud, disturbing, or objectionable noises or odors that are likely to disturb residents of other Units.Security: There is an on-site security guard who enforces curfews at pool and fitness center, issues fines and can have illegally parked cars towed. Also for added security there are cameras throughout the property to ensure all guests and owners are safe.Garbage: Garbage must be disposed prior to checkout. There is a garbage chute straight out the condo front door. Please bag all garbage prior to dumping down chute.Portable A/C unit is available for additional cooling if needed during the hot summer months.***Please do NOT lower temperature in unit any lower than 71 in the summer, the resort is dependent on a unique geothermal cooling system using the water from Lake Travis. Unit will freeze up when temperature in unit is set lower than 71.
