Wood plank ceilings highlight the open main room with the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The bright remodeled kitchen features large stone countertops. The dining table can seat nine, and there are three additional seats at the kitchen counter. Outside there is a large patio and backyard with tables and chairs and a gas grill.The garage has been converted to a bonus game room, with a second television and a Ping-Pong table. The town of Oakhurst is 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Oakhurst provides shopping, restaurants, bars, a movie cinema, and a live stage theater. The home is also a short drive from beautiful Bass Lake, where you can enjoy boating, skiing, fishing, swimming, hiking, and bicycling. The Pines Village at the lake provides restaurants, a general market, bars, shops, and a full-service marina with rental boats, jet skis, and kayaks.Things to know:This home is equipped with surveillance cameras of the entry door. This camera points out from the front door and monitors the front area of the home.Bass Lake is less than 15 miles from the southern entrance of Yosemite National Park. Bass Lake reaches its peak water levels in the summer months and is lowered by 50 percent during the fall and winter months annually. Because of this summer water levels vary each year depending on the winter season rain and snowfall.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles.Security camera details: This home is equipped with surveillance cameras of the entry door. This camera point out from the front door and monitors the front area of the home.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
