Here you only have stars, sunsets and listening to nature from your private outside brick fireplace and sitting area under the stars. Unlimited privacy abound on your near 1 acre of prime lakefront property.The NEW boathouse game room, right on the water, is a unique place to engage your friendly competitive side with family and friends of all ages! Includes shuffleboard, multi game foosball, ring toss, and an inviting hang out area. The 11′ single slab white oak bar table brings a unique touch to this space. Plus, Corn Hole Alley is soon to come! For the those who enjoy relaxation while the kids have fun in the game room, the Bermuda Triangle of hammocks will be your favorite spot!Did we mention the Amazing sunsets? A place you will go WOW with water views from nearly every window in the home! Located in a calm water channel making this a great ski and fishing area right from your private dock and swimming platform with boat cleats available for tie up. If you enjoy viewing wildlife, take out some binoculars and watch “bird” island where osprey, blue heron, geese and ducks live and nest.Don’t forget to add a boat rental to your stay to get the most out of your Lake Norman experience! We have partnered with a nearby marina to provide our guests with brand new tritoons – delivered right to your dock for your ease! Just ask us about boat rentals and we will arrange for one to be delivered to you!*** Dog friendly for up to two (2) small dogs under thirty (30) pounds.*** Please note that garage parking is not available at this home.*** We cannot guarantee that the dock can accommodate specific types of boats.
