Our spotless, sanitized Southwest Sedona style home features 3,000 sq. ft. of casual living spaces. Three bedrooms, three full baths. New premium memory foam king bed in the master suite with large dressing/yoga room, 65′ TV and private deck for sunning or stargazing. Large Master Bath has a luxurious jacuzzi soaking tub, walk in shower and double sinks. The two guest bedrooms have Queen beds, one has adjacent additional sleeping area with a twin over full bunk bed. Sunroom/ breakfast nook for morning coffee and bird watching or follow the sun to any one of 3 decks or fenced grilling and outdoor dining/garden area. Above the house is a private meditation patio to get away from it all, relax and enjoy the 180′ degree views. Also, a great spot for stargazing with friends and a glass of wine. Home theater den/office with a brand new 65″ 8k TV, and JBL surround sound system, desk, wifi, printer/copier/scanner. All set in Spanish ambiance of custom carved wood pillars, antique doors, oak flooring, colorful tile and 3 fireplaces.Our eco-solar powered home was originally built by a local chef and the “cook’s kitchen” is fully equipped to prepare gourmet meals to enjoy in the elegant dining room that seats 8 with a commercial stovetop and oven and reverse osmosis system built into the kitchen sink. Also, we provide a 50AMP plug for those with EVs next to the carport. Please bring your own charger with with a NEMA plug cable.
