Located in one of the best communities in the Disney area in Davenport, our villa has 4 bedrooms, a game room, a private pool and a spa. And don’t look further, you will love the proximity to all major attractions in the Orlando area (Disneyworld of course, but also Legoland, Universal Studios, the Outlet malls…) but also the quiet feel of Calabay Parc, the subdivision where the villa is located. And no rear neighbor. Our pool/spa is completely private.**NOT included in our rental prices : Pool and spa heating *** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
