Winnipesaukee at nearby Lees Mills.Or use the canoe/kayak Lake Winnipesaukee access and set out for a paddle.Walk and bike through the woods on extensive trails abutting the property.Splash with small children on the swim beach on the owner’s other Lees Pond property next door.Play ping-pong and work out in air conditioned comfort.Visit the Loon Center.Three bikes allow you to explore surrounding dirt roads and woods trails.Relieve stress while working on a jigsaw puzzle.Choose a raft and drift on the pond.In winter, Take a brisk walk, skate or ski across the pond. Cross country ski, or sled on back country trails across the street, or snowmobile the trail crossing the pond, or downhill ski at one of 7 resorts within an hr’s drive.
