Adorable almost new Peaks Island cottage. Three bedrooms, openkitchen, living area with awesome, comfortable window seat. Sunnydeck. Peeks at the water through the trees. Quiet street, one minutewalk from back shore ocean, ten minute walk to ferry. (The ferry runsevery hour and is a 15 minute ride into the Old Port section of Portland, ME) Cottagehas sleeping room for six: master bedroom–one queen bed,second bedroom–one full bed, upstairs loft–one twin bed, one set of twin bunks, one queen bed. W/D, dishwasher, wifi throughout, DVD/TV, gas grill. Pets OK with extra charge. New, sunny, outdoor enclosed shower with hot water added summer of 2022.
