Oceanfront Clubhouse can be rented for family reunions, weddings, receptions, etc. through the Pebble Beach Home Owners Association. if you are a registered guest! Pebble Beach is a professionally landscaped, gated community with parking limited to guests & owners (2 parking passes per rental). Sorry, no elevators and no golf carts or pets allowed.Please Note: No boats, trailers, or any towed items are permitted on the premises.The H Building is directly in front of the indoor/outdoor pool & clubhouse which has a weight room. It’s also close to tennis courts & only a short walk to the ocean and the oceanfront pool! First Floor Condos have direct access to the indoor/outdoor pool from the screened in porch.H-105 Pebble Beach is a First Floor Studio Apartment. No Steps! The Living Area has a Queen Sleeper Sofa. Screened in porch with furniture faces the clubhouse. Dining Area. Kitchen/Bar has a microwave & dishwasher. Bedroom has a Queen Bed. Full Bath and Half Bath are in the Hallway. Central Heat & Air. Stackable Washer/Dryer. Wireless internet is available.Linens and Towels Provided with Beds Made weekly stays only!No Smoking. No Pets.PARKING INFORMATION: All units are provided with 2 Gate Cards and 2 Parking Passes. Additional Parking Passes are available upon request at or after check-in.Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday.
