Having undergone a full kitchen and bath renovation finishing in 2018, this charming 4 bedroom home is located at 48 Pelican Bay within the exclusive resort community of Wild Dunes. The home is situated on a quiet, private cul-de-sac, just a short distance to the beach and private Pelican Bay community pool.The first level contains a cozy living room with new furniture, the dining area, and kitchen. The kitchen and dining area were just expanded and fully renovated. It is an open and bright floor plan to enjoy the gorgeous decor.
