With a king master bedroom and an additional guest room with 2 full-size beds there is plenty of room for the family. This condo also features an indoor or outdoor dining table for 4 as well as a cute breakfast bar.The community has a large heated pool for guests only. The covered parking space has room for two cars and there is additional parking for guests. Beach chairs and an umbrella are available as well as beach and pool towels. This condo participates in our professional linen program so you can rest well.Take advantage of our flexible check in and check out days! No need to plan around SaturdaysPAYMENT AND CANCELLATION TERMS WHEN BOOKING ON VRBOAt the time of booking your credit card will be charged by BEACH BOUTIQUE RENTALS for your deposit payment. You will also see a separate charge by VRBO for their service fee.We require an initial 25% deposit with final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival date. Full payment will be due immediately if the arrival date is within 60 days.Although the VRBO policy states no refunds, we will refund in the event that you need to cancel your reservation prior to 60 days before your arrival date. We will implement our Beach Boutique cancellation policy as indicated on the rental agreement. This allows for a refund of the deposit paid minus a $250 cancellation fee and the original management fee. Within 60 days of arrival there are no refunds.ADDITIONAL INFORMATIONHousekeeping will provide a starter supply of toilet paper, soap, and garbage bags but guests will likely need to replenish the supply during their stay.Anna Maria island is a family community and the city imposes a strict noise ordinance. Please adhere to our good neighbor policy and observe the local quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am. No loud music or use of the pool is allowed during these hours along with any other noise which may disturb the neighbors.VRC20-000323
