Pelican Place – Beach FrontExperience island life in this newly remodeled, spacious condo nestled right on the beach. This beachfront retreat offers breathtaking ocean views, direct access to the sandy shores, bay views, private decks, and is equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and unforgettable stay. Immerse yourself in the beauty of coastal living while being just steps away from the sun, sea, and relaxation. This condo is the perfect size for a family getaway. Your dream beach getaway starts here! First Bedroom – Queen Bed Second Bedroom – Queen Bed, Futon Bed Your beach necessities are included (towels, blankets, toys). We have a pack and play and high chair in the property for families traveling with children. Guest will have the whole house to themselves. This property is self check in. You will not have to interact with the hosts during your stay. Please feel free to message us anytime during your stay and we will be available to assist you! -This is a BEACH FRONT property! It is also walking distance to Seahorse Bar & Grill and Beach Front Bar & Grill. – Outside Shower/Water Hose – There is an outdoor shower and accessible water hose. – There is a Charcoal grill on-site with proper grilling utensils. Please note: Charcoal is NOT provided -There is a pack n play and highchair available for use during your stay -There is a large shared back yard to enjoy during your stay, please pick up after pets. -Early Check In/Late Check out is available for an additional 50 dollars upon approval this is only valid 24 hours prior to your check in date if there is not a same day turn over. Please note – Any guests that are not granted late check out and do not check out by the check out time will be charged the additional fee. We are on the City of Surfside’s water. There can be an occasional sulphur smell. The water quality is safe but we have provided water for drinking and cooking if desired.
