Pelican Point! Low rates for Spring & Summer! Enjoy the salt treated pool & spa!Pelican Point is an exquisite four bedroom, two bath, pool home with a spa on a saltwater canal. Enjoy a leisurely boat ride, approximately one hour, to the beautiful blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There will be no burning eyes or dry hair from the salt treated pool and spa. For your outdoor dining pleasure there is an outdoor kitchen equipped with a pizza oven, a refrigerator, a flattop griddle, and a grill. Relax in the Jacuzzi Soaker Tub in the Master Bedroom with double sinks and a huge walk around shower. The kitchen is equipped with stainless appliances. The breakfast bar has seating for seven while the dining room right off the kitchen has seating for six additional people. Master Bedroom has a King size bed and Bedroom #2 has a Queen size Bed. Bedroom #3 has a unique set of Queen Size bunk beds. Bedroom #4 has a set of bunks, top is a twin, lower is a double, trundle is another double. There is also a queen size air mattress available if additional space is needed for guests. All four of the tv’s have a streaming service.Outside the yard is fenced in and there is LED lighting on the lanai. You will not have access to the boat lift, but you can tie up to the dock if you bring your boat.There is an additional fee for heating the pool and spa. The fee is $400 a month or $100 a week.Located in the SW Corridor of Cape Coral you have easy access to Veteran’s Parkway which will lead you to restaurants, shopping and entertainment. There is also a fun waterpark, Sunsplash, located right in Cape Coral. Just an easy drive to beautiful, award winning, Gulf beaches and a short drive to the Red Sox and Twins Spring Training stadiums. Conveniently located just 35 minutes from either SWFL International Airport or The Punta Gorda Airport.
