The spacious living room accounts for seating for everyone comfortably around a large flat screen Smart TV with cable and a DVD player. There’s also plenty of seating around the dining room and kitchen island to enjoy home cooked meals from the beautiful updated kitchen equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The kitchen offers both a drip coffee and Keurig coffee maker, toaster, blender, mixer, and tea kettle, Also on this floor, you will find the laundry room with a washer and dryer, and two good sized bedrooms, both with King beds, Smart TV’s and full bathrooms.Upstairs there are 4 additional bedrooms each with a Smart TV, and 3 full bathrooms. One with a Queen, two more with a King and the fourth with two bunk beds, a Twin-under-Twin and a Full-under-Twin, perfect for kids!After a sun filled day at the beach, walk up to the house and rinse off in the outdoor shower before jumping into the refreshing crystal blue pool. You must disclose and get permission for any service and or support animals prior to booking.Pool and/or Spa is private and unattended, so swim at your own risk. All children must be supervised in the water at all time by an adult. No food, drinks, alcohol, glass, etc are allowed in or around the pool. Pools are serviced weekly. Please keep in mind that due to tropical nature of the island, it is not unusual to find unexpected debris and sand in the pool.The pool is open year round. The heater typically keeps the pool water between 80-84 degrees April 1 – Oct 31 depending on outside air temperatures and weather. There is no additional cost to heat the pool, but we can not guarantee the pool water temperatures due to the dependency of the weather and air temperatures. Please keep in mind that the heater only runs when the pump runs and typically the pump does not run at night due to timers.*Please note, pools will NOT be heated November 1 – March 31, NO EXCEPTIONS*In the peak season (Memorial Day – Labor Day), whole house linens and towels are part of the cleaning fee and are included in your reservation. All beds will be made up upon arrival with top and fitted sheets, pillow cases, and 1 set of towels will be provided per person (1 set includes: 1 body towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 washcloth), and a kitchen towel.**In the off-season (Labor Day – Memorial Day), linens and towels are NOT included in your reservation and are an optional additional fee of $250 at the time of booking. You can choose to bring your own linens and towels, or rent through a third party.
