The second bedroom is perfect for additional guests or children, with two queen mattresses in a bunkbed setup, luxury linens, a 55″ TV, a sitting area, and access to a full second bath.The fully-equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, two ovens, an ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, and small appliances like a coffee maker and grinder, toaster, blender and crockpot. The kitchen is spacious enough for everyone to join in on meal preparation.Step outside to enjoy dining and grilling in the outdoor areas. Relish a soak in the hot tub under the stars, and take in the shimmering lights of the town below as the sun sets on another day in paradise.From your penthouse door, you have access to two private balconies equipped with a Weber electric grill. Additionally, there’s a large shared deck below with a charcoal BBQ and hot tub. You will also have access to the complex’s private parking lot.Bring your car and enjoy the convenience of parking it in the private lot or take advantage of the free “locals” town/ski bus from the convenient stop in the cul-de-sac. During winter, the bus service runs every 30 minutes. Soap included!4) You have kids? Hate traveling with their big “stuff”? Pack n Play (just bring their linen), Baby Trend Range Jogging Stroller may be available for loan by request at no charge. BPA free cups/dishes and gently used toys & books in the residence for your child’s enjoyment.5) Wildlife sightings are frequent, to avoid damage to the grills from hungry bears, please clean with the grill brush.6) It is recommended only small children occupy the top bunk as there is a 150 pound weight limit.7) STRICKLY NON-SMOKING.
