Our Beach Colony West Penthouse condo on the 17th floor features free beach service (umbrella & 2 chairs). High demand unit . Slightly past the pier is an incredible man made reef if you enjoy snorkeling. There’s also a tiki bar and restaurant on the other side of the street and decks where you can enjoy the weather as well as wave runner rentals, bike trails, & beach volleyball.
