This comfortable 3 bed penthouse apartment enjoys a wonderful position in the prestigious complex of Duquesa Del Mar, just 50 metres from the sea on the south coast resort of Golf Del Sur. The apartment enjoys 2 sunny terraces both with sea views. With a combination of the side and front terraces you have genuine all day sunshine. Internally the apartment is spacious. There are 2 x twin bedrooms and 1 double. Free WIFI is also available.Air conditioning is supplied but on a meter basis paid locally.Free wi-fi is provided.A 15 minute walk will take you to the resort centre called San Blas. Here there are 3 pretty squares with boutiques, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, banks etc. The more commercialised resorts of Los Cristianos and Las Americas are just a 20 min drive away.The kitchen is well equipped with oven, hob, microwave, fridge / freezer.A real feature of this property is the large terrace that wraps around 2 sides of the apartment.Patio doors off the living room lead to the large side sunny side terrace with views to the marina.
