There is no one walking above you for any annoying noise.In order to keep the complex in updated, clean, and current safety condition, there is always a possibility of some type of work/construction being done at the complex. The owner is not given any exact schedule for work.The entire suite focuses on the awesome ocean views. Lanai off both living room and bedroom suite for whale watching and star gazing. It is the only lighted Lanai (with dimmer control) in the complex that you can enjoy a romantic dinner experience. On windy days – it’s a windsurfers paradise!The bedroom has a king bed with a new bamboo floor and flat screen tv. We have added soft overhead lights to add to comfort and romance. This is a six floor complex and we are on the sixth floor (there is an elevator) with unobstructed views from both the living room and bedroom. The beach is only a 100 foot walk across the complex lawn.The expanded kitchen remodel was recently finished. This remodel stands out from the others at the complex. The old style half wall in the kitchen was removed to allow full view of the ocean from the entire kitchen while cooking and sitting at the counter bar. This opens up the whole modern kitchen and living area. The remodel includes new cabinets, appliances, and a amazing granite counter. Custom designed lighting was added to the kitchen, lanai, and bedroom areas to enhance your dining and romantic experience. This condo has it all!
